Once you create your online account at patients.inagene.com you are sent an email to confirm your account. If you don't see Inagene email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. Please add @inagene.com to your email safe senders list so you don't miss important updates.
Next step is to log in and register the 14 digit activation code found in your kit.
Just follow the steps in the online instructions.
Did you know you can create accounts for each family member OR you can register them all under one log in!!
So a family can have all their results in one place. Just register each kit one at time under your one log in.
results notifications will be sent for each kit registered under the one account.
