if you are having trouble accessing your account please follow these steps. 

  • go to my.inagene.com
  • click on sign in 
  • use the email address you used to create your account.   
  • enter your password. If you have forgotten your password please use the reset feature on this page 
  • we will send you an email to reset your password. If you do not see the email in a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folders.
