The tracking code found on the return mailer provided with your kit can help you know where your kit is. Once your kit has been shipped off to the lab, you will be able to track the status of your cheek swab sample – from when it begins processing at our lab to when your results are ready – all from your secure online Inagene account.
Please note all packages are shipped via Canada Post and delivery delays may occasionally occur.
