What does it mean if my sample is deemed unusable?

In rare cases, the initial sample you send to Inagene's lab may not have sufficient DNA for testing (or if the instructions for sample collection are not followed). Thus, there may be a need to repeat the test/sample collection so that your report can be generated. If this happens you will not be charged for the replacement test kit.
