Canada Post Shipping delays

Important update regarding our shipping process. As you may know, the government of Canada recently announced an end to the postal strike, so we will no longer be using UPS for shipping kits to our clients.

Canada Post's operations recommence today and pickup services will be fully operational on Thursday, December 19th. Please resume using the provided postage-paid return envelopes for sending your Inagene Kits to our lab. We recommend that you hold onto any samples and mail them back after December 19th.

While Canada Post operations normalize, there may be delays in delivery times, so we encourage you to plan accordingly.

Additionally, we would like to remind you that an express shipping option is available at checkout for a small fee. This will provide you with greater flexibility with the option for faster delivery of your kits and samples.

We also want to remind you that our office and Lab will be closed from December 23rd to January 1st. All orders placed between these dates will be shipped but processing may be a bit slower at this time. All swabs received will being processing in the new year when we reopen on Thursday, January 2nd.
