Canada Post Shipping delays

The current status between Canada Post and CUPW remain in effect.
With this potential strike in mind, Inagene is doing its best to offer our customers alternative delivery options.

We would like to remind you that an express shipping option is available at checkout for a small fee. This will provide you with greater flexibility with the option for faster delivery of your kits and samples.

We will continue to include a return shipping label in our kits but please be reminded in the event of a strike your package may be delayed. Note, our swabs are rated for longevity and can be stored for long periods.
You can purchase shipping from an alternative carrier if you so choose.

In the event of a strike, you can email us at info@inagene.com and ask for an alternative carrier label. We will email a UPS label to use on your return shipment.
