How would I get the results if my patient ordered a test themselves or from a pharmacist?

It is important to have clear communication with your patients to ensure they inform you about their choice to order one of our tests. The Inagene Portal system allows patients to automatically share access to their online report with you at the time they register their buccal swab sample, or at any time after receiving their results, using your email address. 

Alternatively, a PDF version of the report can be emailed, printed, and/or faxed to the prescriber. You can also provide your patient with a note that your patient can share with their pharmacist to give you easy access to their results.
